層層學課程條款及細則
Registration and Payment 報名及繳費
Course fees may be paid by cash, EPS, Alipay, FPS, credit card, or bank transfer. For bank transfers, payment must be made to the Centre’s designated bank account, and a copy of the bank deposit receipt must be provided.
Tuition fees must be paid in full at least three days before the commencement of the course. Otherwise, the Centre reserves the right to refuse the student’s attendance or cancel the placement. Course enrolments are processed on a first-come, first-served basis upon successful payment confirmation.
Once registration and payment are confirmed, the student’s placement is considered secured.
After enrolment is confirmed, courses cannot be changed, cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another student.
Students must provide complete and accurate information during registration.
The Centre reserves the final right to reject any enrolment application (e.g. full classes, unsuitable student, etc.).
課堂收費接受現金 / EPS / ALIPAY / FPS/ 信用卡付款或銀行轉帳的方式付款。如以銀行轉帳的方式支付，請匯款至本會指定的銀行帳戶，並向本會提供銀行存款收據的複印本。
學費必須於開課前三天全額繳清，否則中心有權拒絕學生上堂或取消學位。課程取錄均以先到先得及完成付款以作實之方式處理。
報名一經確認及付款，即視為確認學位。課程報名一經確定後不得更改至其他課程或取消，所有已繳付之費用不設退款，課程名額亦不得轉讓。
學生報名時必須提供完整及正確資料。
中心保留最終決定權，可拒絕任何報名（例如班級已滿、學生不適合等）。
Discount
優惠
Group Enrolment Discount (One-Time Only)
Condition 1: Two or more students enrol at the same time in the same course and class schedule; or
Condition 2: Siblings from the same family enrol simultaneously in different courses due to age differences.
Eligible students will receive a 10% discount on tuition fees.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount scheme.
Existing Student Re-enrolment Reward Scheme (Unlimited Use)
Any current student enrolled in the Centre’s courses who enrols in the next term’s regular course will receive a 5% discount on tuition fees.
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount scheme.
All discount schemes are calculated per student basis, are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be used for purposes other than those specified. The Centre reserves the right of final interpretation in the event of any disputes.
任何報讀本中心課程的學員，如符合以下條件，可獲得學費折扣優惠:

條件一：兩名或以上學員同時報讀並加入相同時段的課程和班別，或條件二：同屬一個家庭的兄弟姐妹，因年齡差異而同時報讀不同課程, 均能獲取九折優惠。

舊生報讀獎勵計劃 (不限次數)
任何現時正在就讀本中心課程的學員（舊生），報讀下期常規課程，可獲得學費折扣，獲取九五折優惠。

以上計劃折扣優惠以每個學員為計算單位，不可兌換現金、不可用於除說明外其他用途和不可轉讓予其他學員。及有關優惠均以本院解釋為準，如有異議，本院將保留最終解釋權及決定權。
Course and Assessment 課程及評估
The Centre reserves the right to make changes to course instructors or the number of students (up to four students per class) for courses already commenced or not yet commenced, without prior notice.
If a course/workshop is cancelled due to insufficient enrolment, the Centre will notify customers via email or telephone at least three days before the class. No refunds will be provided; instead, the Centre will discuss rescheduling arrangements with parents.
The Centre reserves the right to adjust course fees or revise promotional terms according to market needs at any time.
All courses are conducted in Cantonese. If English instruction is required, please enquire with the Centre.
Students who wish to skip levels and enrol in higher-level courses may be required to complete a pre-course assessment. The Centre reserves the right to accept or reject applications based on course requirements and the overall interests of students and the Centre.
Students may arrange an assessment before formal enrolment to determine their interests or skill levels. Centre staff will recommend suitable courses after the assessment. Assessment fees of HKD$100 must be paid within three days after successfully booking the assessment.
中心有權在必要時對已開辦或未開辦之課程導師或學生數目（不多於四名學員）作出更改，而不作另行通知。
若因課程報名人數不足，而需要取消該課程/工作坊，中心會於課堂前不少於3天發出電郵通知或電話聯絡顧客有關課程/工作坊之取消, 但不設退款, 本中心將會與家長協商作出調堂的安排。
中心保留因應市場需要隨時更改課程費用或修訂優惠條款的權利。
所有課程均以粵語授課, 如需以英語授課, 請向中心查詢。
如學生想跳級報讀較高階課程， 中心有機會在接納學員申請時進行課前評估以確定申請者適合入讀該課程與否；中心有權根據課程需要和對整體學生或學院的影響而考慮接納或拒絕申請人的入學申請。
學員可於正式報讀課程前預約評估，以確認學員的學習興趣或程度等，中心職員會於評估後為學員提供適合的課程建議。學員需於成功預約評估後三日內繳交評估費用$100。
Absence and Make-Up
請假及補堂
To maintain a good learning rhythm and classroom environment, parents are encouraged to arrange punctual attendance whenever possible.
If a student is unable to attend a scheduled class, parents must notify the Student Affairs Team at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the absence will be treated as unnotified, and no make-up class will be arranged.
No refunds or transfers will be provided for missed classes.
No additional time will be compensated for late arrivals or early departures.
For Stage 1 courses, no make-up classes will be provided except in cases of bad weather or Centre-initiated cancellations. For Stage 2, 3, and 4 courses, students may request leave and receive make-up classes up to two times, except in cases of bad weather or Centre-initiated cancellations. No additional make-up classes will be arranged beyond two absences.
Make-up Class Arrangement:
As make-up classes affect other classes, therefore, an administrative fee equal to 10% of the regular course fee per make-up class will be charged.
The make-up class duration will be one hour and must be completed within seven days after the absence.
All make-up classes must be arranged within the same term or before the course ends. They cannot be postponed to the next term or course. Otherwise, they will be deemed voluntarily forfeited, and no make-up class or refund will be provided.
為了讓學員有良好的學習節奏及氛圍，鼓勵家長在可行情況下安排學員按時出席課堂。如學員無 法按時出席預定課堂，家長必須24小時前通知本院學生事務組職員提出請假，否則將視為缺席，缺席並不會作出補堂安排。
所有缺席的課堂不設退款和不可轉讓。
任何學員上課遲到或早退，將不予補賞損失的時間。
階段一的課程，除了天氣因素或中心自動提出取消外, 其他原因一律不設補堂。階段二、 三、四的課程，除了天氣因素或中心自動提出取消外，學生可以有兩次提出請假的機會，並獲得兩次補堂的安排。如超過兩次請假，中心不會再作出其他補堂安排。
補堂安排：
因應補堂會影響其他課堂，每次補堂均需付出行政費，每堂為該正規課程的10%。
補堂的時間為一小時，並須在請假後七天內完成補堂。
所有補堂均須在同一學期或課程完結前安排，不能推延至下一個學期或課程，否則視為自願放棄，學員將不會獲得安排補堂或退款。
Severe Weather Arrangement
惡劣天氣安排
If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, is issued or expected to be issued within two hours before class commencement, classes will be cancelled. The Centre will arrange make-up classes in consultation with parents.
Unless otherwise notified, classes will continue as normal under Typhoon Signal No. 1, No. 3, Amber Rainstorm Warning, or Red Rainstorm Warning.
• When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, all classes will terminate immediately.
• When the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued, classes will continue.
• Students may remain at the Centre while arrangements are made for orderly departure according to weather and traffic conditions, and parents will be notified.
• Once the warning signal is cancelled, classes scheduled to begin two hours later.
• If classes are cancelled due to severe weather, the Centre will notify affected students via telephone or instant messaging applications.
如八號或更高之熱帶氣旋警告或黑色暴雨警告信號於課堂開課前兩小時生效/預告生效，課堂將會取消。中心將會取消受影響的課堂，並向家長協商作出補堂的安排。
除非特別通知及安排，若懸掛一號風球、三號風球、黃色暴雨或紅色暴雨警告時，課堂將照常舉行。
已開始之課堂：
•當八號或更高之熱帶氣旋警告信號生效時，課堂將立即終止。
•當黑色暴雨警告生效時，所有課堂會繼續進行。
•學員可留在本中心，本中心會因應天氣及交通情況安排學員有序離開，並會聯絡家長通知有關安排。
•當上述警告信號取消，原定開課時間為兩小時後之課堂將會如常上課。
•因受惡劣天氣或公共衛生警告影響而需要取消課堂時，本院會透過電話或即時通訊軟件通知每一位受影響的學員。
Conduct and Discipline
行為守則及紀律
Students must respect instructors, classmates, and staff, maintain classroom order, and refrain from shouting, fighting, or disturbing others.
If a student behaves improperly (e.g. damaging equipment, using offensive language, failing to follow safety instructions) or disrupts other students, the Centre reserves the right to terminate the student’s enrolment without refund.
If a student intentionally damages Centre property, the Centre reserves the right to seek compensation from the parents.
Eating and drinking in classrooms are prohibited (except in designated areas). Mobile phone use is prohibited unless approved by the instructor. Recording, filming, or photography without permission is prohibited.
Parents must ensure that children arrive at and leave the Centre on time. The Centre is only responsible for supervision during lesson hours.
Parents and guardians bear full responsibility for students’ personal safety and belongings before and after classes. Parents are responsible for arranging suitable transportation.
The Centre shall not be liable for any accidents, losses, or damage to personal belongings occurring directly or indirectly before or after classes.
學生必須尊重導師、同學及職員，保持課堂秩序，不得喧嘩、打鬧或影響他人
如學生行為不當（例如破壞器材、粗言穢語、不服從安全指示），或影響其他學生上堂，中心有權終止學生學籍，並不會退還學費。
若學生故意破壞中心的財產，本中心有權向其家長索償。
禁止在課堂內飲食（或只限指定區域）、使用手機（除非導師准許）、未經許可錄音/錄影。
家長須確保子女準時到達及離開中心，中心只在課堂時間內負責監督。
家長及監護人有完全責任保障學員在上課前後時間的人身安全及私人財物安全。家長須自行安排合適的方式及途徑接送學員。
學員在課堂前後不論直接或間接發生之意外或私人財物損失或損毁本院一概不承擔責任。
Liability Waiver
責任豁免
Parents agree that their children voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in activities, including but not limited to the use of tools, robot assembly, circuitry, moving parts, and any resulting scratches, collisions, allergies, or accidental injuries.
Parents agree to release the Centre, instructors, and staff from all liabilities, including personal injury, property loss, or death caused by accidents other than negligence.
The Centre is not responsible for loss or damage to students’ personal belongings.
Parents confirm that their children are physically fit to participate in STEM/Robotics activities and will provide emergency contact and medical information.
家長同意子女參與活動「自願承擔所有風險」，包括但不限於使用工具、機器人組裝、電路、移動零件等可能引致的擦傷、碰撞、過敏、意外損傷。
家長同意豁免中心、導師及職員一切責任，包括因疏忽以外的意外引致的人身傷害、財物損失或死亡。
中心不對學生個人財物遺失或損壞負責。
家長確認子女身體健康，適合參與STEM/Robotics活動，並提供緊急聯絡人及醫療資料。
Intellectual Property
知識產權
All teaching materials, course content, software, robotics programs, and learning materials distributed by the Centre are for students’ personal educational use only and may not be used for commercial purposes or other teaching activities.
Unless prior written permission is obtained from applicable regulations or the Centre, users may not copy, use, adapt, reproduce, publish, upload, download, distribute, transmit, broadcast, sell, store, modify, display publicly, or distribute any part of the website content in any manner.
All copyrights of teaching materials, learning resources, course content, software, and robotics programs belong to the Centre. Without prior written consent, students, parents, or guardians may not reproduce, distribute, or disseminate such materials in any form.
The Centre reserves the right to take legal action and seek damages for any unauthorised use or copyright infringement.
所有課堂教材及由中心派發的學習資料、課程內容、軟件、機器人程式，僅供學員個人修讀使用，不得作為任何商業用途或用於其他教學活動。
除非有關使用得到法規或本中心的事先書面許可，閣下不得為任何目的將本網站的內容或其任何部分複印、使用、改編、複製、刊發、上載、下載、發布、傳輸、播出、銷售、儲存在任何檢索系統、變更、修改、公開展示或以任何方式分發 。
所有課堂教材及由中心派發的學習資料、課程內容、軟件、機器人程式之版權，均屬本院所有。未經本院書面同意，學員、家長或監護人不得以任何形式複製、分發或傳播上述資料。
本中心保留就任何未經授權使用、侵犯本中心版權或違反本條款的行為，採取法律行動及要求損害賠償的權利。
Image / Video Usage Rights 圖像及錄像使用權
The Centre reserves the right to use photographs and/or videos taken during classes or activities of students (and parents/guardians, if applicable) for educational, training, or promotional purposes. Any objections must be submitted in writing.
The Centre may publish or upload photographs and videos of students attending classes, competitions, or activities in promotional materials. By agreeing to these terms, users authorise such use. If users do not agree, they should notify the Centre by telephone.
Students are prohibited from making audio recordings, video recordings, or taking photographs during classes without permission.
中心保留以教育、培訓或宣傳為目的使用於上課或活動期間拍攝的學員（及家長/監護人，如有）照片及/或錄像的權利。對此類使用的反對意見必須以書面形式向本院提出。
中心不時準備本行的宣傳資料並且在宣傳資料上刊登或上載學員上課、比賽或參加活動的照片和影片。閣下同意授權本會就該等宣傳資料上刊登或上載披露閣下上述的照片和影片。如閣下不同意本條的授權及安排，請致電通知本會。
課堂期間學員不得擅自進行錄音、錄影及拍照。
Course Certificate
課程證書
The Centre offers four learning stages (Foundation / Intermediate / Advanced / Mastery). Certificates are issued by stage, and students must complete all courses within a stage to receive a certificate.
Students must maintain at least 80% attendance to receive a course certificate.
If a certificate is lost and a replacement is requested, the Centre reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of HKD200.
本中心共有四個階段( 基礎 / 初階 / 進階 / 深研)的課程, 證書以階段發放, 學員完成每一個階段所有課程，學員才會獲得證書。
學員必須出席率超過八成才會獲得課程的證書。
如學員遺失證書，向本院提出補領證書，本中心有權收取行政費用$200。
Personal Data and Privacy
個人資料及私隱政策
The Centre handles parents’ and students’ information in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and uses such information solely for course administration purposes. Information will not be transferred to third parties without consent.
Parents enrolling their children in any course must complete a registration form and provide contact details and student personal information for operational purposes.
All personal data collected during registration will be handled in compliance with Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486). Please refer to the “Privacy Policy.”
中心會按《個人資料（私隱）條例》處理家長及學生資料，只用於課程行政用途。未經同意不得轉讓資料給第三方。
家長替子女報讀任何課程時須填寫註冊表格，向本中心提供其聯絡方法及學生個人資料，以便本中心運作。
本中心收集顧客於報名時提供之個人資料，均以符合香港法例第486章個人資料(私隱)條例的規定處理，請參閱「私隱政策」。
Miscellaneous Terms
其他細則
The Centre shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, natural disasters, government directives, supplier or contractor failures, or labour disputes. The Centre shall not be responsible for any resulting property loss, damage, injury, or accidents.
The English translation of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. In the event of discrepancies or conflicts between the Chinese and English versions, the Chinese version shall prevail. The Centre reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes.
The Centre reserves the right to amend or revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
Terms Revision – The Centre reserves the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Continued attendance at classes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Parental Responsibility – Parents/guardians must sign the agreement on behalf of their children and ensure compliance with all Terms and Conditions.
本中心不承擔任何因不能控制的情況下，包括但不限於火災、自然災害、政府指引、供應商或承辦商之缺失、勞資糾紛等而未能履行條款之責任。中心均不會就相應財物或人身之損失、損毁或意外負上任何責任。
條款及細則之英文翻譯本僅供參考。如中、英文兩個版本有任何爭議，抵觸或不相符之處，應以中文版本為準。如有任何爭議，本院中心保留最終決定權。
本中心保留不時更改和或修訂條款及細則之權利。
本協議受香港法律管轄，任何爭議以香港法院為唯一司法管轄區。
條款修訂：中心有權不時修訂條款，繼續上堂即視為同意新條款。
家長責任：家長/監護人須代表子女簽署協議，並確保遵守所有條款。
